Drunk people

Help a drunk person obtain or consume alcohol on licensed premises or regulated premises
It is against the law to help a drunk person obtain or consume alcohol on licensed or regulated premises including penalties.

Sell or supply liquor to a drunk person (Refusal of service)
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to a person who is drunk.

OA 3926
Sell or supply liquor to a drunk person (Definition of drunk)
It is against the law to sell or supply liquor to a drunk person – speech, balance, coordination or behaviour appears to be noticeably impaired.

The law in respect to people under 18 years of age will be enforced at all times.
It is an offence to show false ID.
For the safety and enjoyment of all, we have the right to refuse service to intoxicated patrons.

 

Food

The sale and supply of liquor to patrons is restricted to table service.

Suitable for licensed venues – It is against the law to show false or misleading ID.

Suitable for licensed venues – No Photo ID, no entry. Acceptable forms of ID.

Juveniles

OA 3919
Offence for a juvenile to be in possession of liquor in a public place
Suitable for licensed venues – It is against the law for juveniles to be in possession of alcohol in a public place. Penalty of $2,000.

OA3920
Possession or consumption of liquor by a juvenile
Suitable for licensed venues – It is against the law to allow possession or consumption of liquor by a juvenile on the premises. Penalty of $10,000.

OA 3922
Against the law to sell alcohol to a person under 18 years
Suitable for licensed venues – It is against the law for anyone to sell or supply alcohol to a person under 18 years of age.

Licensed premises

OA 3928
Failure to vacate the premises
Failure to comply with request to leave premises and vicinity is an offence. Penalty $2,000.

OA 3970
Approved manager on duty at all times
Penalty $10,000 to the licensee.

OA 3971
Can you afford the risk?
Fines of up to $10,000 for any person who supplies alcohol on licensed premises to anyone under 18 years of age.

Violent behaviour

Violent, disorderly and argumentative behaviour
Suitable for licensed venues – It is against the law for us to allow behaviour that is violent, disorderly and/or argumentative.
