There are a lot of things you can do with family and friends without alcohol. 1

  • Eating healthy food
  • Being active (playing sport, hunting)
  • Getting out bush
  • Having good relationships
  • Looking after our families and children
  • Being a good role model for younger people
  • Treating ourselves and people around us with love and respect
